Women's Travel Shield is free. We do not currently sell anything, take payments, or charge subscription fees, so there is nothing to refund.

If you see a charge

We never ask for card details. If you see a charge that mentions Women's Travel Shield, it is not from us - contact your bank or card provider, and please let us know at team@womenstravelshield.com so we can warn others.

If we introduce paid features

The safety information will always stay free. If we ever offer paid features, we will publish their refund terms on this page before anyone can buy them, and show the price and terms before you pay. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded through those stores under their own policies.
